Hi, I’m Femke
Founder of Creating Leaders.
I entered this world in survival—highly sensitive, overwhelmed, and fighting to land in a world that could not hold me. Being different became my greatest initiation into mastery. I didn’t just learn to land in a world that couldn't hold me; I learned to create my own.
I was driven by a deep "wanting to feel life," an inner knowing, and an endless curiosity about the edges of our human potential. This fire took me across the globe, meeting all kinds of people and exploring ways of living far outside the box. Living on a parking lot in Australia I decided to go "all-in" to see what I was truly capable of—a journey that led me to become a National and World Champion in Natural Bodybuilding. I mastered physical strength, the power of the mind, discipline and confidence that everything is possible if you willing to pay the price.
When I had 'played out' the path of contraction, I chose to explore its mirror: surrender and expansion. I traded the stage for the unknown, ended up living in my campervan and selling spiritual art in Morocco. I stripped away the layers of identity to allow life to flow through me in all its colors—shifting from living as a 'personality' to living as an embodiment of the soul.
I have walked the cycles of karma and faced the shadows of the ego so you don't have to navigate them alone. I don’t just teach expansion; I have lived the fire required to reach it.
